Revision (audit) of documentation – Technical control

Technical control over designs and studies is carried out by an Investor, either through a Company or other legal entity possessing the licence or Technical committee consisting of at least three members, given that any of them comply with requirements of article 10 of the Law on Geological Survey (Off. Gazette 28/11).

The aim of technical control over Design is to check its compliance with the Law on Geological Survey and requirements of the Terms of Reference.

The aim of technical control over Study is to check its compliance with the Design of geological investigation and to check whether appropriate conclusion on results is made on the basis of obtained data and whether the Study is complied with the Law on Geological Survey.

The Company, legal entity or Technical committee bear responsibilities for possible ommissions in the Study on geological investigation.
